Freaky Flash Feast...

... Over the past few months (when time permits), I have been hitting the waters of Trigg & Scarborough in the late evening with a new Aquatech flash set up. The results have been frustrating yet satisfying and even a little bit rewarding. It's not as easy as you would think, but when it all comes together, you can capture some pretty unique images!
Below are a few frames of Luke Campbell and Marc Lee that Swellnet have used on their website. Check out these and a few others by clicking here.

Ah Ah Afternoon Delight...

... Trigg turned on a bit of a backlit light show this evening. The wind was offshore, there was a little pulse of swell and it ended up being an unexpected, but great afternoon to be at the beach! It certainly wasn't epic, but as far as Perth Metro standards go, it was worthy! Luke Campbell, Chris Gale (not the West indies fast bowler) and Marc Lee are below.

Pushing the Limits...

... of how many times I can shoot Trigg Point and make it look interesting! I apologise profusely if you've taken the time out of your day to read this post!

A Promise Made...

... should always be a promise kept. So here I am posting something other than a glorious sunset. Cyclone Diana is sending another rare NW swell our way and although I only managed to catch the tail end of it, apparently today we had good waves. Could be some more on offer soon...

Summer Stylin...

I've been home for about 5 days so far this month. Unfortunately the waves haven't been pumping, but I did manage to sneak in one or two sessions before jetting off once again. Check out the lads at Trigg below. More from Mitch taylor tomorrow.
